Acupuncture views the body as one integrated system. It focuses on all parts, to bring the whole back into balance. Acupuncture treats almost anything – pain, stress, digestive problems, fertility, insomnia, allergies, just to name a few.

Often, many symptoms are resolved together,  because they had the same cause. You will leave an acupuncture treatment feeling like the best version of yourself.

Ideally, all or most of your symptoms should resolve in 3-4 visits. Many patients feel a difference walking out the door after the first session.

My ultimate goal for you is to create a plan of self-care so you can manage your symptoms, prevent flare-ups, and stop them in their tracks when they happen. Self-care is the ultimate healthcare!

The initial appointment is about 90 minutes, and includes a comprehensive intake based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, including tongue and pulse diagnosis. Embodiment and grounding tools will be offered to prepare you to have the most relaxing experience. The treatment includes acupuncture and possible additional modalities like AcuRolling, cupping and/or gua sha.

The initial evaluation incorporates conversation about your health history and goals, followed by your treatment and individualized recommendations and resources for home care. 

Follow-up treatments include a shorter intake, acupuncture and/or AcuRolling, cupping, or gua sha, and continued tracking of your health goals. We will decide together the best combination of treatment modalities for you, and craft a long-term self-care plan for your success in accomplishing your best health.
